Before implementing my social media strategy, Salesforce, Futureforce had a one-size-fits-all approach that didn’t allow for tailored content opportunities on each platform. Recognizing this as an opportunity, I restructured the brand’s approach to social media by implementing a global strategy with a focus on short-form video content catered to the Gen-Z audience and specific to each platform. The results were impressive, with a 560% increase in video views and a 140% increase in engagement rates year-over-year.
As part of my responsibilities, I created Futureforce’s Youtube channel strategy, and provided video production support. This involved art direction, editing, and collaboration with the creative team to ensure consistency with the overall brand. Notably, I contributed to the success of the brand’s YouTube channel by producing and editing a popular series called “Inside the Internship.” Furthermore, I served as a producer for the brand’s annual branding video, which was utilized across all platforms in both organic and paid social campaigns.
