My tenure at the Institute of Black Imagination began with my role as a social media strategist. In this capacity, I spearheaded the identification of content pillars for the brand's primary social media platform, Instagram. Due to my significant contributions, I was soon promoted to Head of Digital Content, tasked with overseeing the development of the brand's website and newsletter. Today, my leadership skills are fully utilized as I manage a team of designers and producers, leveraging my strategic vision, goal-setting expertise, and direction to support the growth of our organization.
